MORE THAN A YEAR OF LOCKDOWN HAS LED to something of a barefoot revolution, with many of us spending parts of our working-from-home day not wearing shoes. That’s good news for the general health of our
feet – they benefit from being allowed to breathe and stretch – and it may also mean we have paid more attention to the state they are in (our shoes hide a multitude of sins). So now is the perfect time to give them an MOT. Follow the advice from leading podiatrist Tracy Byrne.
