Tracy has been heavily involved in senior management roles for over ten years now, her particular passion being healthcare, and the construction industry.
Tracy works on a consultancy basis affiliated with many companies on a long term basis. She also takes on short term contracts, advising on Employment Law, Health and Safety, policy writing and all other aspects of managing business small or large.
